3. Intellectual Property

• Compliance: You must not use our service to generate content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights (copyrights, trademarks, patents) of any third party.
• Originality: Users are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use any prompts or reference materials uploaded to the platform.
