To provide you with AI-driven image and video generation services, we collect the following types of information:

• User-Uploaded Content: When you use our "Image-to-Video" or "Image-to-Image" features, we collect the photos you upload. This content is used solely to generate the cinematic effects or artistic styles you request via our AI models (e.g., Seedance series).
• Web Asset Identifiers (Guest ID & Email): We generate a temporary Guest ID to enable a "no-registration" experience. When you bind your account via email or initiate a payment, we collect your Email Address to bind your purchased Credits and generated assets to your identity.
• Technical and Usage Data: To ensure service security and optimize experience, we collect technical information, including device identifiers (manufacturer, model, OS version), IP addresses, and browser types.
• Third-Party Attribution and Analytics: We collaborate with providers like Appsflyer and Firebase to measure marketing effectiveness. These providers may collect advertising identifiers (e.g., GAID on Android or IDFA on iOS) and usage patterns.
• Payment Information: All transactions are processed via third-party providers (e.g., Google Play IAP, Stripe). We do not store your full credit card numbers on our servers.

2. AI Processing and Facial Data Statement

As our template-based features may involve facial stylization:

• Non-Biometric Identification: We only extract visual feature points for model rendering. We do not perform identity recognition and do not collect biometric data.
• Transient Processing: Facial feature extraction occurs temporarily during the cloud-based generation process. These temporary sets are purged from volatile memory once the task is completed.

3. How We Use Information

• To Provide Services: Processing your generation requests for both Image-to-Image and Image-to-Video tasks.
• Asset Management: Binding your generated results and credits to your account.
• Customer Support: Responding to technical inquiries or refund requests.

4. Storage and Sharing of Information

• Data Retention — Generated Results: Your generated images and videos are permanently retained on our servers to allow you to access and download them at any time.
• Data Retention — Account Data: Email addresses and associated assets are retained until you perform a formal account deletion.
• Third-Party Sharing: We only share information with service providers when necessary (e.g., GPU computing clusters). We do not sell your personal information.

5. User Rights and Data Control

• Access and Export: You may view and download your generation history within the app.
• Deletion Requests: You may contact us at [email protected] to request the deletion of your account and all associated data. Once an account is deleted, all stored images and videos will be permanently purged from our servers within 30 days.
• Reset Identity: You can reset your local guest identity by clearing your app data or browser cache.

6. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for individuals aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we become aware of any user under 18, we will terminate their access and purge their data immediately.

7. Governing Law and International Transfers

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions where our servers are located.
