  • User-Generated Content: To provide AI generation services, we collect the original images you upload and the text prompts you input.
  • Feedback and Support: When you contact technical support or send error reports, we collect your contact email and communication records.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Device and Log Information: This includes device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, IP address, access times, feature usage frequency, and crash reports.
  • Attribution Data: We collect your download source/channel and referral data to automatically distribute the appropriate interface (Side A or Side B).
  • Location Data: Approximate geographical location derived from your IP address to ensure compliance with local regulations.

1.3 Special Data Processing for Core Features

  • Social Mirror: When you log in to social media accounts within our integrated browser container, we may process Session Cookies in a controlled environment to enable cross-module functionality, such as image detection via the "Magic Wand" tool.
  • Special Artistic Style Generations: When using certain AI styles to process images containing faces, we may extract temporary facial feature data solely for the generation process; this data is not stored, is not shared with third parties, and is deleted immediately after processing is complete.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process your data based on the following legal grounds:

  • Provision of Services: To process your inputs for image/video generation, manage gold coin balances, and synchronize the status of your tasks.
  • A/B Side Configuration: Utilizing attribution data to automatically unlock the Full-featured Mode, providing a differentiated experience for users from specific sources.
  • Security and Compliance: To detect and prevent fraud or abuse, and to ensure users comply with restrictions against generating illegal or invasive content.
  • Service Optimization: Analyzing user behavior in an anonymized format to improve AI model performance and UI/UX design.

3. A/B Testing and Attribution Logic

The Service includes dynamic feature display logic. The system identifies whether you downloaded the Service via a specific marketing channel or referral source:

  • If the attribution indicates a specific non-organic source, the system may trigger a Full-featured Mode unlocking pop-up.
  • We record the duration from login to the completion of the interface switch to optimize the responsiveness of our attribution SDKs.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We only share information in the following circumstances:

  • Third-Party Service Providers: We share necessary data with vendors bound by confidentiality agreements for cloud hosting, payment processing (Google/Apple Pay), or ad delivery.
  • Legal Requirements: Disclosure as required by legal processes or mandatory government requests.
