At Aibox (aiboxlab.us), we strive to provide high-quality AI video generation services. Because our services involve digital assets and immediate computational costs, this Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.

2. Digital Goods & Single Unlocks

• No Refunds for Single Unlocks: Payments for "Pay-per-template" or single template unlocks are non-refundable. Once a template is purchased or a video is generated, the digital credit/access is considered "consumed."
• Reasoning: AI generation incurs immediate server and GPU processing costs that cannot be reversed.

3. Subscription Cancellations

• Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your Pro Subscription at any time through your Account Settings or by contacting our support team.
• Access Until Period End: Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining days in a cycle.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

We may issue a refund at our sole discretion in the following specific cases:

• Technical Failure: If a confirmed technical error on our platform prevented you from receiving the service you paid for.
• Unauthorized Charges: If you detect an unauthorized transaction, please notify us immediately for investigation.
