AI BOX Terms of Service

1. Acceptance and Eligibility

• Agreement: These Terms apply to all products and features provided by AI BOX, including but not limited to Playground, CineMagic, Social Mirror, and My Studio.
• Age Requirement: The Service is intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• Modification: We reserve the right to alter these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Service Logic and Feature Distribution

• Attribution-Based Distribution: The Service utilizes dynamic configuration to distribute specific interfaces (Side A or Side B) based on user acquisition channels or referral data.
• Full-featured Mode: Users meeting specific system attribution criteria may unlock the Full-featured Mode, which offers access to a wider range of AI styles (e.g., Special Artistic Styles) and advanced creative tools.
• "As-Is" Basis: The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operability.

3. Social Mirror and Tool Functionality

• Browser Container: The Social Mirror is an integrated browser container designed to facilitate interaction with third-party social media platforms (e.g., X, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp).
• Enhanced Interaction: We use technical methods, such as JS Bridge, to enable interactive features like image detection within the WebView environment.
• Non-Affiliation: AI BOX is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by any third-party platform. You must comply with the official service agreements of any third-party platform you access.
• User Responsibility: Any content captured, processed, or transformed using our tools is for personal entertainment only. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use does not infringe on third-party copyrights or privacy rights.

4. Payments, Coins, and Subscription Policy

Coin Consumption

• Free Scenarios: Generations using preset templates in the Trending Hub or popular sample images are provided at no coin cost.
• Paid Scenarios: Custom image uploads or using the "Magic Wand" tool on social media platforms typically consume 1 gold coin per generation.

Acquisition of Coins

• Purchases: Coins may be purchased in bundles.
• Incentives: Users may receive a Welcome Gift, earn coin by watching rewarded ads, or by sharing generation results.

VIP Subscription and Auto-Renewal

• Billing: Subscription fees will be charged to your App Store or Google Play account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Charging: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.

Cancellation and Refunds

• You can manage and cancel your subscription via your App Store/Google Play account settings.
• No Refunds: Unless required by local law, all consumed coins and subscription fees (including partially used periods) are non-refundable.

5. Content Policy and Intellectual Property

• Ownership: You retain ownership of your Inputs. Between you and the Company, AI BOX does not claim ownership of the AI-generated Outputs.
• Commercial Restrictions: You are granted a non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial use of Outputs. External commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited without a valid VIP license or express authorization.
• Prohibited Content: You agree not to use Special Artistic Styles to generate non-consensual imagery of individuals, or any content involving extreme violence or illegal acts.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• Stochastic Nature: Due to the nature of AI, we do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or aesthetic outcome of any generation.
• Queue and Processing: Under high load, tasks may enter a queue. Waiting times (e.g., 29:59) displayed in the History page are estimates and not guarantees of performance.
• Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding any claim.

7. Legal Responsibility

You are solely responsible for violations of applicable law or this Agreement.

8. Miscellaneous

• These Terms of Service constitute the full Agreement between yourself and us with regard to your usage of the Services, and they replace any and all prior written or oral agreements between yourself and us with regard to usage of the Services. Notwithstanding the stipulations of other agreements signed between yourself and us, we will not accept any counter-offers with regard to these Terms of Service, and hereby expressly refuses all counter-offers.
• If we fail to uphold or demand the strict execution of these Terms of Service, this should not be deemed as a waiver on the part of our any rights pertaining to the execution of these Terms of Service, or the Terms of Service themselves. No action taken between us and yourself or a third-party should be deemed as an alteration to any of the stipulations of these Terms of Service.
