To provide you with AI-driven video generation services, we collect the following types of information:

• User-Uploaded Content: When you use our "Image-to-Video" or "Video Stylization" features, we collect the photos or video clips you upload. This content is used solely to generate the cinematic effects you request via our AI models (e.g., Seedance series).
• Web Asset Identifiers (Guest ID & Email): For our web platform, we generate a temporary Guest ID stored in your browser's LocalStorage to enable a "no-registration" experience. When you initiate a payment, we collect your Email Address to bind your purchased Credits to your identity, allowing for asset recovery across sessions or devices.
• Technical and Usage Data: To ensure service security, analyze system performance, and optimize your user experience, we collect certain technical information, including device identifiers (such as manufacturer, model, and OS version), IP addresses, and browser types.
• Third-Party Attribution and Analytics: We collaborate with industry-standard service providers, such as Appsflyer and Firebase, to measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns and understand how users interact with our Service. These providers may collect your device's advertising identifiers (e.g., Google Advertising ID (GAID) on Android or IDFA on iOS) and usage patterns. This data is used strictly for attribution analysis and to improve our product's performance. You can manage or opt-out of such tracking through your device's system privacy settings.
• Payment Information: All payment transactions are processed via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Google Play IAP). We do not store your full credit card numbers or bank account details on our servers.

2. AI Video Processing and Facial Data Statement

Some features of the Service, such as image-to-video generation, facial stylization, and motion animation, require the temporary processing of facial information contained in the images or videos you upload.

• Purpose of Processing: Facial information is processed solely for generating the AI video effects requested by you. We use facial feature points only to enable animation, motion transfer, expression preservation, and other visual transformations. We do not use facial information to identify individuals, verify identity, or perform biometric recognition.
• No Retention of Facial Data: We do not permanently retain any facial data or facial feature templates extracted from your uploaded content. Facial feature data exists only temporarily during the AI generation process and is automatically deleted immediately after the generation task is completed or fails.
• Temporary Storage of Uploaded Content: Your uploaded images or videos, which may contain faces, are temporarily stored only for the purpose of completing the AI generation request and enabling you to download the generated result. For Guest users, uploaded content and generated files are retained for no longer than 24 hours, after which they are permanently deleted from our systems. This retention period is necessary to ensure reliable task processing, allow recovery from temporary processing failures, and provide users with sufficient time to access and download their generated content.
• Third-Party Processing: To generate AI videos, uploaded content containing facial information may be securely transmitted to our contracted cloud computing and AI inference service providers that process generation tasks on our behalf. These providers act solely as data processors under our instructions and are contractually prohibited from using your facial data for their own purposes, including model training, identity recognition, advertising, or profiling.
• Third-Party Retention: Our third-party processing providers do not permanently retain facial data submitted for AI generation. Any temporary copies created during processing exist only for the duration necessary to complete the requested generation task and are automatically deleted after processing is completed or fails, in accordance with our contractual requirements and their applicable security practices.
• No Profiling: Neither we nor our service providers use facial data for user profiling, targeted advertising, biometric identification, or any purpose unrelated to providing the requested AI generation service.

3. How We Use Information

• To Provide Services: Processing your generation requests and delivering the output video files.
• Asset Management: Sending payment receipts and activation codes via email, or re-issuing credits in case of system errors.
• Customer Support: Responding to your technical inquiries or refund requests.

4. Storage and Sharing of Information

• Data Retention: For video results generated by Guests, files are retained on our servers for a maximum of 24 hours for download purposes, after which they are permanently deleted. Email addresses associated with purchases are retained until you request account deletion.
• Third-Party Sharing: We only share information with service providers when necessary (e.g., sending tasks to GPU computing clusters or payment data to gateways). We do not sell your personal information to any third parties.

5. User Rights and Data Control

Regardless of registration status, you have the following rights:

• Access and Export: You may view your generation history (provided local cache is not cleared).

We will respond to your data deletion or access requests within 30 days of receipt. Please note that certain data may be retained if required for legal or financial compliance (e.g., payment records).

The Service is strictly intended for individuals aged 18 (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater). By using our Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement. We do not knowingly provide content to or collect data from minors.
